Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding passive poses for long periods (typically 3–5+ minutes) to target deep connective tissues, ligaments, and joints rather than muscles. It encourages stillness, flexibility, and a deep release of fascia, making it a balancing, restorative, and calming practice.

Sculpt yoga (often called Yoga Sculpt) is a hybrid fitness class that blends traditional yoga poses with strength and cardio training. It keeps yoga’s flow, breath focus, and flexibility work but adds resistance (weights/bodyweight), faster-paced sequences, and sometimes high-intensity intervals or music to raise heart rate and build muscle.
Private yoga sessions offer personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to specific goals, such as deepening practice, injury recovery, or learning basics in a comfortable environment.
